  • Services Provided: Finish Facelift offers kitchen refinishing services, including but not limited to cabinet repainting, refacing, cabinet customization and hardware replacement.

  • Customizations: Any specific requests or customizations beyond the standard scope must be communicated and approved prior to the commencement of work.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm the date and time of service via email.

  • Changes and Cancellations: Refer to our Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy for details on how to change or cancel appointments.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Ensure the work area is cleared of personal items and furniture. Our team will cover and protect surfaces but will not move or handle personal items.

  • Access: Provide clear and unobstructed access to the kitchen area and any necessary utilities.

  • Accuracy: Inform us of any existing issues or special requirements related to your kitchen that could affect the service.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Our service prices are outlined in the initial quote provided. Any additional work or changes to the scope may incur extra charges.

  • Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your project start date. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the services.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due in full 1 day prior to the delivery of the finished products or completion of the service. By adhering to these payment terms, you help ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery process. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card (processing fee will apply), e-transfer, or cheque.

5. Service Execution

  • Quality: We strive to deliver high-quality results. Any concerns or issues should be reported to us within 7 days of service completion for evaluation and resolution.

  • Delays: While we aim to adhere to scheduled times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will inform you of any significant changes to the timeline.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

  • Workmanship: We offer a 3 year warranty on our workmanship. This warranty covers defects in the application and installation of refinishing materials.

  • Materials: Manufacturer warranties for materials used are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We will assist in facilitating any claims under these warranties.

7. Acknowledgment of Potential Issues

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: You acknowledge that Finish Facelift is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions in your kitchen that could affect the outcome of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with existing cabinetry, walls, ceilings, floors, countertop, surfaces, or structural elements.

  • Material Variability: You understand that variations in the appearance of materials, such as colour, texture, and finish, may occur. These variations are inherent in the refinishing process and may not be fully replicable to samples or prior appearances.

  • Surface Preparation: You recognize that the effectiveness of the refinishing process is highly dependent on the condition and preparation of the surfaces. Our team will perform standard surface preparation, but we cannot guarantee results if underlying issues are discovered.

  • Unforeseen Issues: You acknowledge that unforeseen issues, such as hidden damage or complications not visible prior to the start of work, may arise during the refinishing process. We will inform you of any such issues as they occur and discuss potential solutions.

2. Liability Limitations

  • Damage to Existing Structures: Finish Facelift is not liable for any damage to existing structures or surfaces that were not disclosed or documented prior to the commencement of services.

  • Product Performance: We are not liable for any issues related to the performance or longevity of the products used beyond the manufacturer's warranty and our workmanship warranty.

  • Client Responsibility: You agree to take responsibility for any necessary repairs or adjustments required due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseen issues discovered during the refinishing process.

3. Communication and Resolution

  • Reporting Issues: Should you encounter any issues or concerns related to the service, please notify us within [7 days] of service completion. We will review and address these concerns as per our service policies and warranties.

  • Resolution: We will make reasonable efforts to address any valid concerns or issues. However, our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon and any applicable warranties.

  • Damage: Finish Facelift is not liable for any damage to items that were not removed or protected prior to the service. We are also not responsible for pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed before starting the work.

  • Liability Limitation: Our liability for any claims arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the service.
